KIT HARINGTON, SUSAN SARANDON AND KATHY BATES IN "THE DEATH AND LIFE OF JOHN F DONOVAN"

Exploring the effect Hollwood has on one's private life, the film tells the story of fictional actor John F. Donovan.  Played by Kit Harington - who is also set for his fifth season as Jon Snow on HBO's hit "Game of Thrones" - the titular character is famous for his role as a Marvel-style super hero. His life and career are turned upside-down when his private correspondence with an 11 year-old fan is exposed and made to seem indecent by a villainous gossip columnist played by Jessica Chastian.

According to the film's writer-Director Xavier Dolan, the film will be a very private "take" on how family - and specifically mothers - respond to their sons' fame.

In describing Bates' role, Dolan says the star will epitomize the very efficient, brash, fast-moving bitchy manager.

Production is set to begin in late spring 2015 in London, New York, Miami, and Dolan's home town of Montreal.  As he has on his previous four films, Dolan will serve as his own editor and costume designer.

REAL-LIFE VILLIANS STEAL LUXURY

CARS FROM NEW 007 FILM

Real Bond baddies have stolen nine top-of-the line cars slated to appear in 007's forthcoming film, "Spectre." The daring theft came days after the movie's director Sam Mendes warned James Bond fans to "expect a little more mischief" in the next adventure starring Daniel Craig in his fourth Bond role.

Five Range Rover Sports were reportedly among the vehicles stolen from a garage in northern Germany. Worth over $4 million, the cars had been specially modified for the movie  project and were awaiting transport to the Alps for filming which begins later this month.

It is not known if the Range Rovers were fitted with typical super-spy gadgets and German police admit they can't find any trace of the missing vehicles amid claims the theft could delay location filming.

TWO TOP HOLLYWOOD LEGENDS

PERSONIFY BEAUTY & BRAINS

Here are two gorgeous film icons who were exceptionally talented and super-intelligent.

Jayne Mansfield

One of Hollywood's most beautiful bombshells was not only a talented actress, but also very smart. She boasted a 40-inch bust and an IQ of 163. Excelling in all of her courses, Mansfield studied at the University of Texas at Austin and played piano, violin, and viola.

Fluent in German and Spanish, Jayne Mansfield's striking figure and genius-level IQ was quite an impressive combination. You can judge for yourself by watching Miss Mansfield star in "Fat Spy" this week on MoviesAndMore.tv. Check listings for dates and times.

 Hedy Lamarr

Known for her dark exotic looks, Hedy Lamarr was a talented actress and a mathematician. Her most famous movie role was as Delilah in Cecil B. DeMille's "Samson and Delilah." As a mathematician, she invented a technique for spread spectrum communications and frequency hopping used in wireless communications even today in internet, Wi-iFi  and Bluetooth.

She submitted the idea of a secret communication system and was granted U.S. Patent 2292387 in 1942. See the sexy side of Hedy Lamarr in the MoviesAndMore.tv presentation of "Ecstasy". Coming Attractions will tell you when it's on.

Terrific examples of beauty and brains? You bet!

AMERICA'S SWEETHEART'S STILL GOT IT!

JULIA ROBERTS IS NEW FACE OF GIVENCHY

Givenchy artistic director Riccardo Tischi dropped some major news recently. He announced Julia Roberts  as the new face of Givenchy. And boy, does the Oscar-winning actress look like a total badass in the French fashion house's Spring 2015 campaign.

Posting on his personal Instagram, Tischi captioned the first black-and-white proof of Roberts "WELCOME DEAR JULIA" He also tagged famed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, as well as stylist Kathy England who all worked together to bring Roberts' campaign to life. The second photo posted by Tischi  simply called out the 47 year-old as "ICON." Indeed she is.

Roberts, who wore Givenchy Couture gowns to this year's Oscars and a tuxedo-inspired outfit to the "August: Osage County" L.A. premiere in 2013, joins an auspicious group of bold facers who have posed for

the luxury label. Her most recent fashion campaign was for Lancome Beaute'.

If this campaign doesn't prove that Julia Roberts is still a strong pretty woman, we don't know what does.
